About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You’ll provide essential administrative and organisational support, helping to ensure the office runs efficiently and that clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out a range of general administrative duties
- Handling correspondence, emails, and telephone calls
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases
- Assisting with reports, scheduling, and documentation
- Supporting invoicing and other office tasks as required
- Providing professional and friendly customer service to clients and visitors
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
