Are you organised, eager to learn, and ready to start your career in administration? We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Administrator to join our team at a well-known shopping centre in Cheltenham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration, customer service, and marketing, while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification. You’ll receive full training and support to help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed in a busy office environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Centre Manager and wider team with day-to-day administration

  • Acting as a first point of contact for occupiers, visitors, and customers

  • Assisting with centre communications, newsletters, and meetings

  • Learning how to support marketing campaigns, events, and social media updates

  • Helping with financial administration such as invoices and purchase orders

  • Ensuring smooth office operations and record keeping

What we’re looking for:

  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A team player with a positive attitude

  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
