Architect required to join a large AJ100 Multi-Disciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consultancy based in Sheffield to support the project delivery of various large scale student accommodation projects commencing in early 2024/
Our client established over 150 years ago now employ over 80 highly skilled and career motivated staff who all contribute to the delivery of a multitude of design led Commissions predominantly across their core markets which are Retail, Commercial Workplace, Mixed Use Residential, Living Sector and Leisure Projects.

Based in a recently modernised contemporary studio in Sheffield, a friendly and supportive environment awaits with no glass ceiling for those keen to climb the ladder. 

Our client are looking for an Architect, ideally someone who is on the verge of or already running their own projects with circa 3-5 years post qualification experience (although this is open to a degree of flexibility)

You will be an effective communicator and someone with a proven track-record of supporting projects across all RIBA stages encompassing various cross sectors, ideally with some exposure to Student Accommodation / Residential but this is by no means essential  

Project work here is completed primarily using REVIT, so it is essential for candidates to display some level of experience in this area, however some training is available for those who know the basics and are keen to learn.

* ARB/RIBA Architect from an Architectural Practice background with circa 3-5 years experience.
* Proven track record of supporting projects within either the Residential, Commercial, Retail or Leisure / hospitality sectors.
* Excellent communication skills: Written & Verbal and solid client facing & relationship building attributes.
* Team management experience.
* On-site delivery experience.
* REVIT & AutoCAD fluency.
