Architect required with strong design capabilities to join a coveted AJ100 Leeds City Centre Practice to support the project delivery of various Healthcare projects for both the public and private healthcare sectors.

We are collaborating with a forward-thinking design Practice that retains a presence as one of West Yorkshire's most influential and design-led firms, boasting a successive record of perfectly executed commissions within the Healthcare, Residential, Commercial and Leisure sectors. The practice have established regional studios throughout the north of the UK and recently made a re-entry into the acclaimed AJ100 list of practices and have now firmly established themselves as one of the go-to practices in Leeds!

Boasting a super talented team of 40 professionals in their Leeds studio, you will be joining a progressive business where career progression and job satisfaction are placed front and centre of their core business values, this is a place where hard work and dedication meets a modern flexible working culture and clear progression routes.

Charged with an expanding and unfolding collection of current and future projects to initiate within the Healthcare sector, they have a role available for an Architect who possess strong design flair, a technically astute mind and an exceptional eye for detail. We are also looking for an individual who has previous experience of running projects and has gained valuable site-based experience. Personality wise they require someone who is passionate about their job and comes to work with a positive vibe. Based from their central Leeds location this would suit perfectly a well-rounded Architect with around 5 years’ experience, ideally you will have had some exposure to the Healthcare sector (although this is by no means essential) and you will be a confident designer passionate about creating outstanding Architecture.

REVIT & AutoCAD is the software of choice within the practice, so a good working knowledge of either would be desirable, however REVIT training can be provided. Solid understanding of UK building regulations is essential and experience across the RIBA technical delivery stages through to client handover is also desirable.

Salary depending on experience in the region of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare, Pension, profit bonus, flexi time and agile working model.
