Conrad Consulting are presenting an outstanding opportunity for an Architect to join my clients, a highly reputable multi-disciplinary practice in East Sussex, working on exciting projects within a variety of sectors.
As a registered Architect the right candidate will have demonstrated experience working within the Residential and Hospitality sectors, The registered Architect will need to have a strong understanding of construction methods and technical detailing to be able to work across all RIBA stages.
If you are a qualified Architect that has up to 5 years post qualification with an extensive knowledge of projects across all RIBA stages (specifically stages 1-6), excellent technical knowledge and also possess a sound understanding of current building regs and legislation this could be the opportunity for you!
At minimum the successful Architect candidate needs to possess –
- RIBA/ARB registered Architect
- Minimum 3 years + Demonstrable Post qualification UK experience
- Experience within Residential and Hospitality sectors
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Job running experience – working on projects across all RIBA stages.
- Proficiency with Vectorworks, InDesign & Photoshop
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and contractors
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
On offer for the successful Architect candidate is a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of £38,000 - £43,000 dependent on experience, A generous benefits package and an opportunity to develop your career working with a friendly and supportive team at a well-established practice.
