Architect

Conrad Consulting have partnered with an Award-winning AJ100 Architectural practice in Canterbury offering a fantastic opportunity to join a busy practice within the Conservational and Heritage focused sector.

As a registered Architect the right candidate will have demonstrated experience working on a range of project types within a variety of sectors including Conservation, Heritage and Masterplanning, The Successful Architect must possess the qualities to work independently with the day to day running of projects, be highly motivated, and have excellent design and drawing skills.

If you are a RIBA qualified Architect that has up to 5 years post qualification with an extensive knowledge of projects across all RIBA stages, excellent design skills that also possess a sound understanding of current building regs, legislation and listed building regs this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

At minimum the successful Architect candidate needs to possess

  • ARB, RIBA registered with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
  • Experienced in complex refurbishment projects
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe software
  • Understanding of NBS Chorus Software
  • Proven experience working across all RIBA Stages
  • Demonstratable experience of independent project running
  • Understanding of UK Building regulations and Planning
  • Design and Technical detailing skills
