As Architect, your role will be as follows:
- Lead the front end of projects (RIBA 0‑3) – translate briefs into compelling concepts, feasibility studies and design strategies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement – run client and community workshops, shape briefs, present to planning authorities.
- Craft winning visuals – produce high‑quality sketches, imagery and narratives that secure approvals and funding.
- Collaborate across disciplines – brief internal teams and external consultants to ensure design intent carries forward.
- Champion innovation & sustainability – embed MMC, net‑zero and inclusive‑design thinking from day one.
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years’ professional experience focused on RIBA 0‑3 (Architect, Part II/III, or experienced Designer).
- Proven track record in concept design, master‑planning, feasibility and planning submissions.
- Confident communicator who can inspire clients, communities and colleagues.
- Strong visualisation and presentation skills – Revit (essential) plus SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe CC or similar.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK planning policy and a keen interest in low‑carbon design.
