Conrad Consulting are delighted to be presenting an opportunity for an Architectural Assistant at either Part 1 or Part 2 level to join a leading multi-disciplinary practice based near Kidderminster, West Midlands.
This position is available to Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistants with at least 3 years of overall experience in practice, with the position offering an excellent salary and benefits package which includes a car allowance, which is a rarity for this level of role!
As an Architectural Assistant you will be joining a growing design team within a larger multi-disciplinary company, working on a broad range of sectors and project types including; Residential, Retail, Commercial and Industrial work throughout the UK.
You will gain valuable experience in the industry working alongside experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists, and will be supported through your studies on your way to becoming a fully qualified Architect (if that's what you desire).
Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Assistant:
- Assisting with the design and development of architectural projects
- Producing drawings, renderings, and other visual materials as needed
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Conducting research and analysis to support design decisions
- Assisting with client presentations and meetings
Requirements:
- UK recognised qualifications at Part 1 / Part 2 level
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design and visual communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
