Key Responsibilities:
- Work on technical design aspects of large-scale residential projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure excellence in design and execution
- Utilise AutoCAD to create high-quality technical drawings
- Contribute to the development of project documentation and presentations
Architectural Technician Requirements:
- A degree, HNC, ONC, or equivalent architectural qualification
- Demonstrable experience in technical design for large-scale residential projects
- High proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus
- Familiarity with UK Building Regulations
- Excellent written and communication skills
