A dynamic medium sized Chartered Architectural Practice requires a talented Architectural Technologist with circa 2-5 years’ experience to join their established team of 20 professionals in their Leeds studio.
Due to significant growth, our ambitious client have also opened a new studio space in Leeds city centre which is to facilitate further expansion and to give their people the option of working in a city location, their city hub has grown substantially this year becoming a permanent fixture with many of the staff enjoying the benefits of a dual working location. The practice was founded in Harrogate and whilst the Leeds hub is the focus on growth, they retain a very nice studio space just on the outskirts of Harrogate with their team given the option to work out of either location.
Their new Leeds city centre studio just a couple of minutes’ walk from the train station is a delightful modern space overlooking the river Aire. This expansion into the city client is due to continued growth and they now boast an incredibly robust portfolio of work across multiple sectors to include, retail, logistics, Residential, Healthcare and large commercial units, much of their repeat work is with well-known blue chip clients who you will really get hands on experience of working with.

Due to a very healthy order book in 2024 they are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Architectural Technologist with ideally 2-5 years post qualification professional experience ideally to assist in the successful design and project delivery on a variety of commercial & Residential projects. The suitable candidate will ideally be a proficient Revit user (some training can be provided) and possess a wide range of technical skills with a creative edge to their designs. The successful Architectural Technologist will have the ability to work on a variety of interesting schemes across multiple sectors (spanning the UK in retail, residential, healthcare and logistics). Must also possess excellent technical detailing ability, have a solid knowledge of UK building regulations and the desire to contribute to the progressive growing of the business. You will have good client facing skills as you will be encouraged to get out and about on site and have previous job running capabilities as you will be progressing to eventually running your own projects from start- finish and mentoring sub-design teams.

The Architectural Technologist will receive a salary and benefits as follows -
Salary £35,000 - £40,000
