The practice work on everything Residential. As a Architectural Technologist you can expect to work on Residential projects from one off luxury builds, through to large scale master plans and high rise residential property throughout the UK. It will therefore be essential for you to have a solid background of working within the Residential sector for a significant period of time in your career to date.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong grasp of current building regulations and be adept at producing comprehensive technical drawings. Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, such as local authorities and contractors, will be highly advantageous. If you are a creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, this is the perfect role to showcase your talent.
The successful Architectural Technologist will be offered a salary in the region of £35,000-£45,000 along with a competitive benefits package. Whilst there is potential for flexible/hybrid working further down the line, in the first instance you will be required to attend the office full time.
