Architectural Technologist

Architectural Technologist required to join a leading Chartered Architectural Practice in Leeds who specialise in sustainable design within the Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential sectors across the UK.

If you share this vision for fulfilling a progression focussed career and have approximately 2-5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist an exciting opportunity awaits to play a vital role in transforming Architectural rights into reality.

Your responsibilities as an Architectural Technologist will be collaborating with team leaders and other team members to develop technical solutions for design challenges in addition to the following;

• Preparing detailed drawings and specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards.
• Using the latest technology to create innovative and efficient designs.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of projects from inception to
completion.

Experience / desired background for the Architectural Technologist

• A qualified Architectural Technologist with at least 2-5 years of experience in
the field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard BIM compatible software which our client enable a transition to
Vectorworks and other relevant design tools.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of current building regulations and construction methods.
• A passion for sustainable design and a commitment to creating
environmentally responsible buildings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skill

Salary & Benefits on offer

Competitive salary commensurate with your experience in the range of £33,000 - £38,000.
