The practice has delivered projects successfully across the residential, commercial, educational and manufacturing sectors nationally for a number of years seeing them win multiple recognised awards and significant schemes establishing their company within the Architecture and Design industry.

The ideal Architectural technologist will be proficient in running medium-sized projects from Stage 3 onward, have experience in team leadership and possess the capability to liaise with clients and consultants effectively.

The successful Architectural Consultant will have experience in BIM and working a 3D environment, with knowledge about clash detection, coordinating with consultants’ information. ArchiCAD proficiency is desirable, but training could be provided to the right candidate.

The successful Architectural Technologist will work directly with Associate Directors and Project Architects in collating, organising, investigating and producing technical information for use during the development of the project design as well as adopting the role of Project Lead from commencement of RIBA stage 4 through to completion.

Basic requirements for candidates –

  • Relevant Technical Qualification - Degree/HNC/HND
  • Minimum 3 years post qualification experience
  • Previous experience within the Residential & Education sectors – desirable
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Up to date knowledge of current UK legislation
  • Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills – advantageous
  • Full UK Driving licence
