Conrad Consulting are looking for an experience Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to join a busy practice in Cheshire to work on some inspiring Architectural projects.
This practice are well known across the region and have gone through several important changes in recent years to modernise the company to maintain and support their increasing workflow across various sectors.
They’ve recently moved offices into an awe-inspiring building in an easily accessible Cheshire location. They have completely remodelled an existing building into a fit-for-purpose, modern office space. They have large desks, breakout spaces, modern I.T systems, a large-screen and large conference/meeting rooms within the building, plus free-parking on-site.
They’re commutable from Wilmslow, Knutsford, Stockport, Macclesfield, Stoke and various towns & villages across South Manchester & Cheshire. Their current team consists of around 15 Architectural professionals and they are looking for 1, maybe 2 more.
Their ideal hire in this instance, would be an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist with roughly 5-10 years experience. Someone with experience working on a mixture of projects and that’s not afraid to take a lead on projects or to attend site meetings. This person should be friendly, personable and most importantly, ambitious. This company can offer a career path and real opportunity for growth.
The successful candidate will receive the following:
- Competitive salary (Circa £40k-£45k)
