Conrad Consulting are working closely with one of Leicester's most reputable architectural practices, seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their revered architectural team.
Our client have established themselves as a force in the Architectural industry in the East Midlands region, building a reputation for delivering high profile schemes throughout the UK and internationally. Following ongoing success and diversification the practice are looking to add an Architectural Technologist to the team.
Suitable candidates will possess approximately 5 years of post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally holding significant experience of working within the Mixed Use/Commercial sectors. Standard operating procedures are important aspects of this role and as such, it will require an individual who is structured, organised, self- controlled and capable of communicating facts within the required area of expertise and knowledge.
We are looking for a candidate with Revit & CAD proficiency, extended knowledge of building contracts & UK building regulations, & the positive enthusiasm to work with both clients & contractors when required, & the ability to deliver quality, sustainable & innovation in the design & technical detailing of commercial projects.
The successful incumbent will be someone who possesses:
- At least 5 years of post qualification experience
- Demonstrable experience of working within the Mixed Use/Commercial sectors
- The ability to deal with multiple projects at varying stages
- An architectural qualification or can demonstrate competency through experience
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work using Revit software.
Salary will be negotiable dependant on current experience, but is likely to be in the region of £32,000-£40,000 per annum, alongside a competitive benefits package.
