Experienced Architectural Technologist with approximately 5-10 years’ experience required to join an award winning and innovative medium sized Architectural Practice based in Leeds to support the design delivery of a diverse range of Residential Architecture projects.
Following continued growth and success since its establishment over 25 years ago they continue to flourish and have a multitude of exciting Design lead commissions across their long standing core markets. Their immediate demands is for someone to join the Residential team to support the design and delivery of a wide variety of living sector projects, these are – build to rent projects circa £15-£20m in value, student accommodation, retirement living, Bespoke builds and new build housing.
The successful Architectural Technologist applicant will have the following skills and attributes
- Architectural Technology degree qualified (at 2:1 grade or above) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent client facing skills and an ability to build relationships with end users / clients.
- MCIAT or working towards / keen for continual professional development.
- Previous work experience within a UK based Architectural Practice, ideally between 5-10 years, Senior Technologist level candidates considered.
- Software proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT would be advantageous.
- Ability to produce detailed construction drawing packages
- A good understanding of the construction industry and UK Building & Planning regulations.
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills - written and verbal.
- Good eye for design and detailing.
A Salary depending on experience between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending upon experience and suitability,
Profit related bonus scheme paid annually
