Our client is looking for a Technically minded Civil Engineer to work alongside another Associate Engineer that is responsible for business/ team development aspects allowing you to focus purely on design responsibilities.

As an Associate Civil Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of infrastructure, working on a wide range of predominantly Network Rail projects.
Here are the key responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage the design and delivery of rail, bridge, or road projects from conception to completion.
Technical Expertise: Utilise your technical proficiency to conduct finite element analysis, ensuring structural integrity and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to achieve project objectives.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Requirements: To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Chartered Status with a recognised engineering institution.
- Proven Experience and be able to demonstrate experience in rail, new bridge design, or road design projects.
- Finite Element Analysis: Strong proficiency in finite element analysis software.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
ON OFFER
The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
