Conrad Consulting have partnered with a well-known, Manchester city centre Architectural practice, as they look to recruit an Associate level architect to join their team.
Ideally we are looking for an Architect with a minimum of 8-years practical experience that is looking to take the next step in their Architectural career and work on some large-scale and prestigious projects in the Manchester area and across the North-West region. The successful candidate here will be given autonomy and freedom to take charge of projects with support from junior team members and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
In order to succeed here you will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and confident in your own ability. We are looking for someone to join the company as a proven, Associate Architect with a wide range of different project experiences and a vast skillset.
In order to be considered for this role, we would hope for Associate Architect applicants to meet the following criteria:
·ARB/RIBA qualified Architect - Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience preferred.
·Ability to run with minimal supervision.
·To have an excellent design portfolio available to review in an interview.
· REVIT & AutoCAD experience preferred.
·Be able to demonstrate; Drive, motivation and enthusiasm.
·Excellent communications skills: Both written and verbal
·Experience of large-scale projects would be beneficial.
