Associate Architect required to join busy, central Liverpool Architectural practice as they enter a project period of sustainable growth following various project wins in the Residential sector.
Our client are an established Architectural studio with a history of designing thoughtful, modern buildings across the North-West region. Their hub in Liverpool city centre is home to an experienced and diverse mixture of Architects and Architectural Technicians. Their team of Directors have a wealth of knowledge and experience across a multitude of design sectors. They have established firm relationships with a list of key clients in the North-West region and have a strong order book for the forthcoming 18-24 months and beyond.
As they look to build for the future, they are looking at maybe 2 or 3 new hires in the coming months. This first key hire will be an Associate Architect to work primarily on Larger-scale, New-build Residential projects .. think medium/high rise apartment buildings and similar. There will also be the opportunity to work on Large-scale building refurbishments (listed buildings with both a Residential and Commercial focus) and some schemes in other sectors.
The Associate Architect should meet the following criteria.
·ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect.
·Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.
·Preferably a good mixture of Deign & technical skills.
·REVIT knowledge would be beneficial, however training can be offered.
·Job-running capabilities.
·Ability to work in a team management capacity.
·Excellent communication skills.
