Role and Responsibilities:
As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will be working closely with clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting building surveys, defect analysis, and condition assessments
- Preparing detailed reports and specifications
- Overseeing projects and providing technical guidance to junior team members
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve project objectives
- Assisting with business development activities
Requirements:
- MRICS qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes
- Exceptional report writing skills and attention to detail
On offer for the Associate Building Surveyor:
- Salary £65,000 - £75,000
