Job Title: Associate Building Surveyor
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Location: Manchester
About the Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to work for an independent property consultant.
As an associate you will be responsible for managing the team along with the projects too. You will be expected to use business development skills to generate fees and generate growth of the team, while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities for the Associate Building Surveyor:
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards are met.
- Conduct detailed building surveys and produce comprehensive reports.
- Oversee and manage repair, maintenance, and refurbishment projects.
- Provide expert advice on dilapidations, building defects, and property issues.
- Support and mentor junior surveyors and trainees, maximising their development opportunities.
Role Requirements for the Associate Building Surveyor:
- Membership of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- The candidate must be capable of providing comprehensive property services to clients.
- The ideal candidates will possess prior experience working in a Surveying practice and demonstrate a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
