Role: Associate Building Surveyor

They work in many sectors including local and central government, education, blue light, industrial, retail and commercial.
Key Responsibilities for the Associate Building Surveyor:
- Oversee and deliver a diverse range of building surveying and project management tasks across multiple sectors, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities while nurturing repeat business across various sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery tailored to each project’s unique requirements.
- Support senior management in daily operations, including project management, contract administration, condition surveys, and the design and implementation of small to medium-sized projects.
- Conduct due diligence surveys, defect analysis, and building inspections, producing detailed reports and specifications to address client needs.
Requirements for the Associate Building Surveyor:
- BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying Accredited degree.
- Membership of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Excellent IT skills
- Able to travel to other regional offices as and when required
- Strong skills in surveys, project management, and building repairs/maintenance
- Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, public and private sector clients
