Our client, an independent real estate and property consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director of Building Surveying to join their team in Leicester. This role will see you delivering projects across a range of sectors to include education, heritage, commercial, healthcare, government, defence and retail. You will be part of a forward-thinking company that provides a variety of property services to clients across the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the building surveying team and oversee the delivery of high-quality building surveying services
- Manage and develop client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Undertake building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and project management within the commercial and residential sectors
- Provide technical advice and support to clients and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver integrated property services
Essential requirements:
- MRICS qualified
- Previous consultancy experience working across a variety of sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of building surveying, dilapidations, party wall matters and project management
- Experience in managing a team and developing client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Lead on business development
