Associate Director - Building Surveying (Professional Works)

About the Role:
We are excited to partner with a prestigious consultancy seeking an Associate Director in Building Surveying. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team in delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a variety of professional surveying works, including condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and building surveys.
- Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTA's, dilapidations, RCA's, contracts administration etc.) within various key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail and some residential.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for project inquiries and updates.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- RICS Chartered Surveyor with substantial experience in building surveying.
- Proven track record in managing professional surveying services within a consultancy environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on client satisfaction.
