Award-winning AJ100 architectural practice seeks a leading Architect to step up into a prestigious Associate Partner role in their Cambridge office…

With over 250 talented architects, designers, heritage consultants and surveyors across 14 offices in the UK and overseas, the opportunity exists to become a part of something huge!

 

They are now expanding their senior management team in the East region and as such, are seeking an ambitious Associate Partner to drive growth and success in Cambridge and beyond.

 

As a key player in the team, the Associate Partner will be responsible for securing new business, leading studio development and overseeing a variety of architectural projects. Working closely with the Regional Partner and Cambridge leadership, you will develop and implement a strategic plan to elevate the studio's presence and opportunities in the region.

 

As Associate Partner your role will involve identifying market trends, cultivating client relationships, and pursuing exciting architectural projects across public and private sectors. Your strategic approach will be instrumental in positioning the business as a leader in architectural innovation and conservation.

 

Associate Partner Requirements:

  • ARB, RIBA qualified
  • AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA – Highly desirable
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years post-qualification experience
  • Conservation, Heritage & Adaptive Re-use project experience
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple architectural projects
  • Business development track record
  • Team management acumen
  • Experience with management and delivery of projects in BIM
