Associate Quantity Surveyor

My client is currently looking to bring in an Associate Quantity Surveyor into their Manchester office to work on a number of Health projects, including the assurance and challenges of costs, cost modelling, and cost planning on projects £5m to £600m+.
What they’re looking for:
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Providing procurement & Strategy advice.
- Preferably experienced with Healthcare projects (pre and post-contract)
- Prior experience working within a UK construction consultancy is essential.
- Must be able to obtain BPSS clearance.
