Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor

My client is looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their team in Manchester leading in Infrastructure team on an array of projects with a primary focus on the transport sector.
Candidates are expected to have exposure to securing new opportunities for the business, maintaining current client relationships and demonstrating the ability to lead projects through all stages of their lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Individuals with exposure to procurement & strategic advice.
- Experienced with commercial roles and functions for large capital programmes.
- Preferably experienced in UK infrastructure.
- Prior experience of working within a UK construction consultancy is essential.
