To support their continued growth and success, they are seeking a talented Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets, preparing detailed cost plans and estimates.
- Assist in the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Manage tender processes, including the analysis of bids and preparation of recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing clear and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify potential risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Previous consultancy experience
- MRICS qualified
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
On offer for the Associate Quantity Surveyor:
- Salary £70,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
