H&S/CDM Advisor – London
Salary: £50,000-£65,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

The role of the CDM Advisor:
As a H&S/CDM Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across a wide variety of projects. From advising clients on CDM regulations to coordinating H&S strategies, this is a dynamic role with plenty of scope for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising and supporting clients and stakeholders on H&S compliance.
- Managing H&S measures throughout all phases of construction projects.
- Liaising with principal contractors to ensure designs meet safety standards.
- Auditing and reporting on CDM duties while managing multiple client portfolios.
- Assisting with business development and tendering processes.
What We’re Looking for from the CDM Advisor:
We’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of construction legislation, CDM regulations, and health and safety standards.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Construction, TechIOSH).
- Membership with IMAPS.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
