Senior/Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Central London
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
My client is a forward-thinking independent real estate consultancy, expanding their team in London and is seeking a skilled professional to work on a range of commercial property projects.
About the Role
Due to continued success and business growth, our client is creating a new position within their London office. This role offers the chance to lead and manage a variety of commercial refurbishment projects, working with high-profile clients across offices, retail, and industrial properties. You’ll play a key role in overseeing projects from inception to completion and working with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial refurbishment projects
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Act as a key client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and outstanding service to clients, ensuring high standards are maintained.
What We’re Looking For
- MRICS qualified Chartered Building Surveyor.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to take full ownership of projects.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
