The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract administration and project management, particularly with projects valued up to £2 million. Experience in education/school building projects and residential buildings is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and oversee project administration.
- Handle projects up to £2 million in value.
- Oversee education/schools and residential building projects.
- Conduct retrofitting or coordination duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building surveying with a focus on quality assurance.
- Ability to analyse and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with building regulations and industry standards related to quality assurance.
- Experience in identifying and resolving quality issues in existing buildings.
- Capability to produce rental and capital value reports based on building assessments.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
- Background in conducting thorough inspections and audits for compliance.
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and equipment.
