The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract administration and project management, particularly with projects valued up to £2 million. Experience in education/school building projects and residential buildings is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and oversee project administration.
  • Handle projects up to £2 million in value.
  • Oversee education/schools and residential building projects.
  • Conduct retrofitting or coordination duties as required.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building surveying with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with building regulations and industry standards related to quality assurance.
  • Experience in identifying and resolving quality issues in existing buildings.
  • Capability to produce rental and capital value reports based on building assessments.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
  • Background in conducting thorough inspections and audits for compliance.
  • Proficiency in using surveying tools and equipment.
