Projects: Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential, Education, Defence and Local Authority.

Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor:
- Strong professional building surveying skills i.e., party walls, dilapidations, TDD and reinstatement costs along with some contract admin experience
- Experience of working within a consultancy environment
- Excellent client facing skills
- MRICS Qualified
Salary - £45,000 - £50,000
