The Role of the Senior Building Surveyor:
You will join a growing and collaborative Building Consultancy team, delivering both project and professional-based building surveying services. The role will primarily focus on commercial property, but having a background in residential surveying is a plus.
Key Responsibilities for the Chartered Building Surveyor:
- Pre-acquisition building surveys
- Schedules of condition
- Negotiating and preparing dilapidation schedules
- Project management
- CDM responsibilities
- Rebuild cost assessments for insurance
- Party Wall Awards
- Planned maintenance programmes
What We're Looking for from the Chartered Building Surveyor:
- Preferably an RICS Registered Building Surveyor with post-qualification experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
