About the Role
My client is a forward-thinking, RICS-regulated building consultancy offering tailored surveying and project services to both public and private sector clients across the UK. As they continue to grow their offering, they’re seeking a skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team on a fully remote basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified surveyor who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to work with a small and growing team—without being tied to a specific office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of professional surveying services, including:
- Condition surveys and asset assessments
- Dilapidations and technical due diligence
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) reports
- Project running- inception through to completion
- Produce technical reports, schedules, and contract documentation
Requirements
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent chartered status)
- Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience
- Strong technical knowledge and report writing ability
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude
