Chartered Building Surveyor

A respected property consultancy in Cheltenham is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor with 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects and broaden your surveying expertise across multiple sectors, including commercial, leisure, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and valuations

  • Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and tender documentation

  • Provide clients with property advice and support project management

  • Contribute to internal business development initiatives

  • Work towards, or support others with, APC preparation if not fully chartered

Key Requirements:

  • MRICS-qualified or close to completion

  • Consultancy experience preferred

  • Strong report writing and presentation skills

  • Excellent organisational and client management abilities

  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:
