Role - Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Location - London

Salary - £50,000 - £60,000

Sector experience – Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Public Sector

 

We are currently seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our client, who are a medium sized multi disciplinary construction consultancy based in their central London office. This is an opportunity to expand your skills, build upon your experience and develop your career in a growing and successful team.

 

Responsibilities of the Chartered Quantity Surveyor:

• Execute hands-on delivery of quantity surveying services with a focus on project management.

• Lead projects, often coordinating our in-house multidisciplinary design services.

• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.

• Conduct technical reviews to ensure the quality of our services.

 

Requirements of the Chartered Quantity Surveyor:

• MRICS certification in Quantity Surveying

• Experience working on public sector projects.

• Ability to efficiently manage workload autonomously.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• Positive and proactive attitude.

• Proficiency in technical quantity surveying concepts.

• Analytical mindset with advanced written and oral communication skills for producing comprehensive reports and recommendations.

 

On offer for the Chartered Quantity Surveyor

• A basic salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

• 25 days annual leave plus public holidays PLUS 3 volunteering days

• 6% pension contribution
