Job Title: Civil Engineer – Bridge Design
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum

Role Overview:
They are seeking a talented Civil Engineer with a strong background in bridge design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LUSAS or similar engineering software, and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. You will play a key role in our ongoing projects, contributing to the design, assessment, and optimisation of bridge structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design bridge structures for various projects, including wind farms and the A9 Dualling project.
- Conduct assessments of existing bridge structures and contribute to historical railway estates framework projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Utilise LUSAS or similar FEA software for structural analysis and design calculations.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in bridge design and engineering.
- Proficiency in LUSAS or similar FEA software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
