THE ROLE
As a Civil Technician with 3D designing experience, you will:
- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and architects to develop detailed 3D models and plans.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction.
- Utilise 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D) to create accurate and visually compelling project representations.
- Ensure that designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Play a key role in the preparation of construction documents, including detailed drawings and visualizations.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Civil Technician with a strong emphasis on 3D designing.
- Proficiency in 3D design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar tools.
- A solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
