Cost Engineer – Real Estate – ALL LEVELS

The Role
In this position, you will take ownership of cost engineering activities across high-value, high-profile projects. Responsibilities include:
- Establishing cost and schedule baselines and ensuring performance is tracked and reported accurately.
- Identifying trends, root causes, and corrective actions to maximise value for clients.
- Leading evaluations of project time, cost, and quality, applying governance controls to ensure successful outcomes.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, overcoming delivery and commercial challenges.
- Driving effective change management processes and robust cost control.
- Facilitating planning workshops and coordinating with contractors and vendors to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in project controls across the full project lifecycle.
- Sector expertise in life sciences or data centres (preferred).
- Strong technical capability with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
- The ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Strong time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
