£65,000 - £75,000 per annum (Permanent)

We have an opportunity for a Digital engineering lead to join a company in Central London.
They are a specialist engineering contractor, with a reputation for designing and delivering some of London’s most complex and innovative civil engineering projects. They provide a value-based integrated approach. Focusing on quality and innovation in the delivery of major demolition, piling, civil engineering and bespoke reinforced concrete sub and superstructure solutions.

Requirements: -
- Able to interrogate complex 3D models using Revit and Navisworks to ensure constructability.
- Able to read and interpret 2D drawings and convert them to accurate 3D models for the purpose of setting out for construction.
- Able to produce 3D models using Revit with minimal supervision.
- Able to produce 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- An understanding of BIM level 2 requirements.
- Awareness of temporary works structures.
- Confident in adding asset data to Revit and excel as per COBie requirements.
- Generate and maintain clash detection reports.
- Design / BIM coordination and design change identification.
- Coordinate permanent & temporary works design information for all below ground structures & buried services.
- Attend design coordination meetings with designers & other contractors to record & report changes and potential issues.
