As the Building Structures lead you will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and project success. You will lead a team of engineers, inspiring innovation and driving the design and delivery of cutting-edge structural engineering solutions.
Promoting a culture of collaboration, professional development and continuous improvement within your team will be second nature, whilst you represent the firm at industry events and conferences to elevate the brand.
If you are a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of extensive experience managing complex projects and a team, we want to hear from you. A Chartered engineer with at least 10 years’ experience and a strong network within the engineering and construction industries.
