DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys ensuring smooth and accurate documentation processes on key projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage project documentation across teams and stakeholders

  • Ensure document accuracy, quality, and version control

  • Implement and oversee document management systems

  • Support teams with document formatting, distribution, and retrieval

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely submission and updates

  • Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance checks

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Document Controller or similar role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with document control software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

  • Knowledge of document control standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR) is desirable

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
