Our client is a global firm who provide civil, geotechnical, traffic & geoenvironmental engineering services for a broad range of sectors and clients.
They currently need a geotechnical engineer in their London office on a contract basis for an ongoing role.
You will provide the planning and execution of field investigations, monitoring foundation and earthwork construction, as well as analysing geotechnical engineering problems and assisting in preparing engineer reports on large, high-profile schemes.
Requirements:
- Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering
- At least 3 years UK related experience
- Strong knowledge of UK ground conditions and investigation practices
- Wide range of experience & skills in geotechnical engineering
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking and judgement capabilities
- Able to spend work hours in the field
You will need to be able to work independently and within a team.
