Job Title - Graduate Geotechnical Engineer
Location - Hertford
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000
My client is looking to obtain a Graduate stemming from a Geotechnical Engineer background, with prior experience in the industry, to join their Hertford office. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to collaborate on a wide range of projects across their commercial, residential, and wider industrial sectors.
Qualifications
- Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or Civil Engineering as a first degree.
- An MSc in Engineering Geology or Geotechnical Engineering would be beneficial but not a requirement.
- A clean driver's licence.
Requirements/Responsibilities
- Geotechnical data collection, alteration, and interpretation as part of site investigations for a variety of programs.
- Creation of interpretive reports and desk studies for geotechnical projects.
- Design and conduct geotechnical studies, such as slope stability evaluations and foundation design.
- Support and monitoring activities on construction sites for infrastructure
- Strong report-writing and communication abilities.
