Salary: £28,000 - £33,000
Location: Manchester & Liverpool

 

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Project Manager to join a fast-growing SME delivering high-impact projects across healthcare, housing, local authorities, and commercial sectors. You’ll play a key role in major schemes like the New Hospital Programme (NHP), including North Manchester General and Airedale Hospital, while gaining hands-on experience in project delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive team, working on meaningful projects that shape communities.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Project Manager:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Support project teams with assigned tasks, offering guidance where needed.
  • Develop skills in project management under the mentorship of experienced consultants.
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, reports, and contract administration.

 

Role Requirements for the Graduate Project Manager:

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Project Management, Construction, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business awareness with a keen interest in project planning and management.
  • Experience in healthcare, housing, or commercial projects is a plus but not essential.
