Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a multi-disciplinary construction firm based near Dudley, West Midlands, seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their expanding Marketing Department
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality designs for various media and marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across all managed brands.
Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:
- Coordinate digital projects to meet deadlines and requirements
- Design for both digital and print applications
- Develop templates and collateral for all brands
- Deliver projects on time while adhering to brand standards
- Manage creative optimisations and liaise with internal and external teams
- Plan and manage CMS content for digital feeds
- Optimize websites and social channels with imagery and infographics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain quality output
- Stay updated on new technology, software, and systems
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Creativity and visual composition skills
- Experience in web design, logos, typography, and branding
- Excellent time management and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Clear communication skills and ability to receive feedback
- Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus
- Experience with CAD software is a plus
- Knowledge of visualisation workflows using Photoshop is a plus
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent
The successful Graphic Designer will be offered a salary and benefits package which includes the following:
