Junior Architectural Technologist

Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a national design studio are looking for a junior or Intermediate level Architectural Technologist to join their busy regional office in Central Manchester.

This RIBA Chartered practice have existed in both their London Head-office and Manchester office for a number of years, supporting both a local and national client base on a wide-range of projects. These have typically included Residential and Commercial schemes in recent years, however there is a pipeline in place of increasingly diversified work.

This opportunity would be best suited to an individual with real aspirations for progression and recognition within a leading Design studio. The successful candidate here will gain exposure to numerous, exciting schemes whilst being placed at the forefront of a small, yet ambitious Architectural Practice in Central Manchester.

The Junior Architectural Technologist responsibilities will include:

·Producing high quality drawings with a real attention to detail.
·Working alongside colleagues in both offices.
·Working in collaboration with Internal Design teams and external suppliers.
·Using both REVIT and AutoCAD to produce detailed work.
·Contributing to the office culture within the studio.


Essential requirements of the Junior Architectural Architectural Technologist will include:

·To hold a relevant Architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).
·Minimum 1 years live practice based experience a similar role.
·Full proficiency using both REVIT & AutoCAD software.
·Positive attitude towards work.
·Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
·Knowledge of current UK planning and Building regulation procedures.

This is a full-time, permanent role with one of Manchester's up-and-coming Architectural practices. The successful candidate will be offered every chance for progression and will be supported by an experienced Senior team operating across both offices.

Salary: £23,000-£27,000 per annum.
