Required is an ambitious upcoming junior – intermediate level Architectural Technologist, ideally with a couple of years or so experience (although this can be flexible and local ambitious graduates may also be considered) to join a thriving medium sized practice (12 strong) situated in the delightful rural village of Hathersage which is located approximately 10 miles west of Sheffield and a short walk from the main trainline to Manchester and Sheffield.
The practice currently operate a fully agile working model where staff decide what days they work in the office and which days the work from home, typically the majority of the people that work here have a mixture of both, working hours are totally flexible to suit and outside working is encouraged in the summer months. Collaboration is the best learning platform, so whilst the option to work from home is available for all considering the junior level of this position, being more office based initially will see you quickly get up to speed on projects, learn their way of working!
The Practice are an established business and have a repeat portfolio of Project work across the Commercial, Residential, Retail and E-Commerce logistics sectors. They have also built a formidable reputation for their work specialising in EV infrastructure projects which is where the current project demands are, the team are very busy with new commissions and are looking for someone who can immediately support the delivery of various schemes to improve the EV infrastructure of the UK.
The business prides itself on ensuring all employees develop lasting relationships with their clients, therefor they are really keen to secure an Architectural Technologist who has good interpersonal skills and is comfortable in developing into a client facing role.
The position will see you work across the majority of the RIBA work stages from feasibility to project delivery. This practice at 100% REVIT based so a proficiency in REVIT would be extremely advantageous, however for the right candidate they would be prepared to offer training which would consist of a funded training course and then onto a live project with the relevant mentorship and guidance.
If you are a degree qualified Architectural Technologist who is keen to join a progressive supportive business, this is the role for you. You will also be fully supported and encouraged to complete your MCIAT and successfully become Chartered.
Salary depending on experience is circa £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + private medical, pension, 20 days holiday and a quarterly bonus scheme.
