Lead Architect required to join busy North-West Architectural practice as they look to continue their regional growth into Manchester.
This reputable Architectural practice have offices elsewhere in the UK and have a drive to further their growth into Manchester in 2025 and the years ahead. They are looking for a Senior Architect or ‘Lead-Architect’ to spearhead their growth into Manchester and to take real ownership of the studios growth and the developments of new projects.
The studio are known as having a real high-quality design ethic and are associated with notable projects across the UK, typically within the Residential and Commercial sectors. This could be anything from a modern apartment-scheme, bespoke residential developments or a large-scale Commercial office project on a busy city-centre site.
Ideally they would like this Lead-Architect to be confident in a senior role and have the ability to work independently when needed. This person should have a good mixture of design & technical skills and have the ability to adept to the requirements of a busy Architectural-practice environment.
They main criteria we are looking for this Architect to meet are:
- ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect.
- Minimum of 5-years post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in the Residential & Commercial sectors.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Communication skills: Written, verbal, presentation.
- Project delivery experience and working in REVIT.
- To be based in the North-west.
