My client is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Glasgow. You must have previous construction consultancy experience as you will be managing a team of billing Quantity Surveyors.
Requirements of the Managing Quantity Surveyor
- Managing the clients commission from inception to completion
- Managing a team of Billing Quantity Surveyors
- Overview of preparation of tender documents including providing input into specifications/scopes of work
- Assessment of loss and expense associated with delay and disruption
